  1. Thread Manager — Debugging Note

  3. There are currently two debuggers that have special support for Thread Manager v.
  4.  1.2 debugging. 
  5.  
  6. The first is Voodoo Monkey, an unsupported ‘goodie’ from Apple Computer, Inc.
  7.  VOODOO MONKEY IS A “USE AT YOUR OWN RISK” DEBUGGER THAT HAS SEVERAL KNOWN
  8.  BUGS—AND APPLE PROVIDES NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR IT. Apple’s mainstream debugger product, SourceBug, does not yet support thread debugging.

  10. The second debugger is “The Debugger & MacNosy” from Jasik Designs (343 Trenton
  11.  Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025; telephone 415/322-1386; AppleLink D1037). This is a
  12.  commercial product that is available from APDA and other sources—it is a source
  13.  level debugger for programs built with MPW or Symantec’s THINK v. 6.x. We
  14.  recommend that you evaluate it if you need the ability to debug threads.
